COVID-19 RETURNS POLICY

Please Expect Delays of 2-3 Weeks

Please note: To protect the health of our team, all returns will be quarantined for 7 days after receipt to our warehouse before being handled and refunded. Our returns staff are upholding high hygiene standards including the use of gloves, masks and hand sanitation procedures.

In addition to this, the postal service for our free returns system is operating more slowly under COVID conditions, meaning your return can now take up to 10 days to reach us.
