How do I redeem a coupon?

1. Go to netflix.com/redeem.

2. Find the code by scratching the foil off the back of your card gently with a coin. 

   • If you have a digital gift card, the code is on the email. 

   • If you have a code on receipt, the code is on your receipt.

3. Enter the code and select the Redeem button.

4. Enter the email address associated with your account, or to create a new account.

5. A confirmation screen will appear, then you can Start Watching or Start Membership.

The gift card balance is added to your account and your next payment will be taken from the balance. We will send an email reminder 7 days before your balance runs out.

Follow these steps if you can’t redeem a Netflix gift card or the gift card is damaged.
